Terms of Service for Artwork by Hops & Bean .co - Last updated on 2/20/2025

By making a purchase or engaging in any transaction with Hops & Bean .co, you are fully responsible for having read, understood, and agreed to these terms. It is your obligation to thoroughly review these terms before proceeding with any purchase. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge that you accept all conditions outlined herein, without exception. Hops & Bean .co reserves the right to enforce and uphold these terms at its discretion, and any failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your order or discontinuation of service to the customer.

  1. Refunds: 
    • Digital Artwork: All digital artwork purchases are final. We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order has been started.
    • Physical Products: Refunds will only be issued if a physical product arrives damaged due to an error on our part. If you receive a damaged item caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
    • Lost or Carrier-Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS or UPS to recover the insured value of the package. Refunds or replacements in these cases will be subject to the carrier’s resolution.
  2. Outsourcing of Stickers: We do not allow the outsourcing of stickers featuring artwork from Hops & Bean .co. All stickers must be purchased directly from us.
  3. Commercial Use: All artwork and products purchased from Hops & Bean .co are for personal use only. Customers are strictly prohibited from using any artwork for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: 
    • Reselling, reproducing, or distributing the artwork for profit.
    • Using the artwork in branding, logos, or promotional materials.
    • Modifying, altering, or incorporating the artwork into commercial projects, products, or advertisements.
  4. Resale: Customers are strictly prohibited from reselling any artwork or product made by Hops & Bean .co. The artwork and products are intended for personal use only.
  5. Modification: All artwork and products created by Hops & Bean .co are protected works and may not be modified in any way without prior written consent from us. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Altering, editing, or changing any part of the artwork.
    • Adding other artwork, text, graphics, or design elements to the piece.
    • Covering, distorting, or manipulating the artwork in any way.
    • Using filters, cropping, or making adjustments that alter the original integrity of the work.
    • Any unauthorized modifications violate our terms of service and may result in losing your privilege to purchase with us. If you require a specific modification, please contact us at hopsbeanco@gmail.com to discuss possible options.
  6. Ownership: All artwork remains the intellectual property of Hops & Bean .co and/or the respective artist. Purchasing artwork does not transfer ownership or copyright to the buyer.
  7. Approval & Corrections: Once the artwork has been delivered and approved by the customer, no further changes, corrections or modifications will be made to the piece. After approval, the artwork is considered final and cannot be altered.
    If you wish to request a new change or modification, a new artwork purchase will be required. Please carefully review your artwork before giving approval to ensure it meets your expectations.
  8. Privacy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
