Add-On Ordering Guide

I am ALWAYS asked: "What are add-ons?", "How do they work?" and more! Well, thats exactly what this section is for!! To hopefully answer all of those questions you have!

What are add-ons? Add ons are a digital art type. I create them separate from your actual pawtrait, and they are made to be added (only to specific styles I offer) to your pawtrait. They can be anything from accessories, to backgrounds, to even larger add ons like vehicles or buildings!

First and foremost - lets distinguish the difference between the add on types:

Custom Add Ons: These are made to order, meaning YOU get to pick what you want added! I do always advise messaging/emailing me if you have any questions and what fits in what category for your custom add on.

Premade Add Ons: These are already made, and ready to add when purchased. These add ons cannot be changed. There are some special situations where some things can change on these add ons, but as a general rule of thumb, PREMADE add ons are not customizable!

Now, add on styles:

- Itty bitty add ons: I only make these as custom. I do not make premade itty bitty add ons! These add ons are specifically tailored to the itty bitty style! Find itty bitty pawtraits HERE.

- Cartoon pawtraits Add-ons: These add ons are made in both premade and custom options! and they are tailored to the cartoon pawtrait style. Find custom cartoon pawtraits HERE.

Extra add on notes:

Think of add ons like clothes in real life. You can take them off, and put them back on. When you are ordering a pawtrait, it does not come with add ons. When you are ordering add ons, you have to have a pawtrait. When you order add ons, your pawtrait itself does not change. You will still get the pawtrait without the add ons, and with. You do not have to order a new pawtrait if you want to order new add ons, unless you'd really like to.

1 pet = 1 add on. To elaborate, if you are ordering several add ons for several pets, you will need to specify which goes on which, and that you have purchased the correct amount of add ons. 

Example: Pretend I'm a customer and i'm interested in purchasing farming-themed accessories for my three cats and two dogs, I would like to order individualized add ons for each of them. Specifically, I envision all pets wearing harvesting hats, while restricting the bandanas to only the dogs. Therefore, my order will include FIVE harvesting hats and TWO bandanas. It is important to note that the quantity of add-ons corresponds to the number of pets, unless there are specific preferences regarding which pets should or should not wear certain accessories! You cannot order one hat, and have me place it on 2 pets. you would need to order 2 hats.

What happens if you want to order a bundle, but you have multiple pets?

If the bundle has all the accessories that you want on each pet, purchase that bundle times the amount of pets you have. 2 pets = 2 bundles. 

What if you dont want everything thats included in that bundle?

Our bundles are designed for your convenience, offering not only a curated selection of items but also providing a cost-saving discount. While individual add-ons can be purchased separately should you prefer a more customized selection, it is important to note that our bundles are pre-configured and, regrettably, cannot be customized. This ensures clarity in transactions, and adheres to the integrity of the discounted pricing associated with bundle purchases. However, you are welcome to express any preferences for exclusions from the bundle. However, it is imperative to note that such requests will result in the delivery of two versions: one inclusive of the specified item and another without it. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering comprehensive bundles and do not provide incomplete packages.

Ordering a bundle is not mandatory. If you have specific preferences, you are welcome to purchase individual items according to your liking. Bundles are crafted for convenience, offering a streamlined selection for those seeking the add-ons in the bundle. It's important to note that fully custom bundles are not feasible on premade add ons. Your flexibility in selecting the purchasing option that aligns with your needs is greatly appreciated.

What if you have a head/bust pawtrait, but you're ordering add ons that can only be used on full body pawtraits? 

Add ons like shoes, socks, or even standalone add ons like a pile of gifts, or a hay pile CANNOT be added to head/bust pawtraits. you will have to purchase specific add ons that are tailored to your pawtrait type. So, bandanas, hats, glasses, etc. If you are unsure what applies, please send me a quick message!

How to Order - Custom Add ons:

1.When placing an order for custom add-ons, it's important to bear in mind certain limitations to ensure compliance with copyright and branding regulations. In instances where the requested design is copyrighted, branded, or falls under similar restrictions, I will make efforts to create a representation that alludes to the concept while avoiding direct replication. This approach particularly applies to items such as bandanas, wigs, colors, etc. Additionally, please be advised that I do not replicate logos. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines are highly appreciated as we strive to maintain a respectful and lawful creative process.

2.Please select the size option that best suits your preferences. Detailed criteria for these add-ons are outlined in the custom add-on listing. If you find uncertainty regarding the fitting of your custom add-on request, please feel free to reach out to me via message for clarification. 

3. Please upload the pawtrait to which you would like the add-on added. In the event that your pawtrait has not been created yet, but an order has been placed, kindly submit the reference photo in the add-on section. This reference photo should align with the one used for the pawtrait reference, providing clarity on the pet for which the add-on is intended.

4. FILL IN ALL FIELDS. If we have talked on instagram, there is no need to go into detail on the notes section. You can just note "see DM's", and I will then know. 

5. Submit your order. If i need any further info, I will send you an email or DM.

How to Order - Premade Add ons:

1. Choose the add ons/bundles youd like on your pawtrait. 

2. Upload the pawtrait that youd like your add on to be added to. In the event that your pawtrait has not been created yet, but an order has been placed, kindly submit the reference photo in the add-on section. This reference photo should align with the one used for the pawtrait reference, providing clarity on the pet for which the add-on is intended.

3. FILL IN ALL FIELDS. If we have talked on instagram, there is no need to go into detail on the notes section. You can just note "see DM's", and I will then know. 

4. Submit your order. If i need any further info, I will send you an email or DM.
