• In summary, we do not offer refunds except in cases where a product has not yet been delivered to the customer.

  Once a pawtrait has been both created and approved, we kindly request that you refrain from requesting a refund. It's important to understand that these pawtraits are custom-made to order, and there are various aspects to consider before they are created to ensure they align with your desired outcome. We encourage you to thoroughly review the details and communicate any questions or uncertainties you may have by reaching out to us via email or direct message. Our commitment is to provide you with a product that you will cherish, and we are readily available to address any concerns you may have. Your understanding of our policy is greatly appreciated.

Q. What are add-ons and how do they work?

• Add-Ons represent a distinct product category available within our store. These are meticulously crafted, digitally hand-drawn items that can be seamlessly incorporated into your pet pawtraits, enhancing their overall composition. It's essential to note that the purchase of an Add-On necessitates the prior acquisition of a pet pawtrait from our selection.

  For those who have opted for Full-Body pawtraits, you have the privilege of utilizing the complete range of available Add-Ons, thus allowing for a comprehensive and customized enhancement of your artwork. In contrast, customers who have chosen Head/Bust pawtraits can access a curated selection of Add-Ons, tailored to complement the nature of their specific pawtrait.

  This versatile system ensures that you can personalize your pet pawtraits with additional elements that resonate with your preferences, thereby creating a unique and truly special representation of your beloved companion. Q. When I buy a multiple character pawtrait, will I be able to separate them in the future?

• Certainly, when you make a purchase for a multiple character pawtrait, it's important to note that I adhere to a meticulous process. Specifically, I consistently create each character individually before integrating them into a single "canvas."

  This approach guarantees that each character maintains its distinct identity and can be separated in the future, should you wish to use them independently for any purpose. Rest assured that our commitment to delivering versatile and high-quality pawtraits remains unwavering.   Q. How do you deliver the digital pawtraits?

• Upon your approval of the pawtrait, our delivery process entails placing the finalized digital files in a dedicated Dropbox folder, conveniently labeled with your pet's name. It's worth noting that accessing these pawtraits via Dropbox does not necessitate any sign-up or purchase on your part.

  This streamlined method ensures that you can swiftly and easily obtain your digital pawtraits, facilitating a seamless and hassle-free experience for our clients.   Q. Can I print my pawtrait?

• at this juncture, it's important to clarify that I exclusively produce stickers and do not offer prints of pawtraits for sale. While I do not grant permission for the reproduction of your pawtraits as stickers, you are indeed welcome to print them on various other mediums, provided that these printed materials are not intended for resale.

  This approach ensures that you can enjoy and share your pawtraits in a manner that suits your personal preferences, while also maintaining the integrity of my work and the terms of use associated with it.   Q. Can I purchase commercial rights to use my pawtrait as a logo, add them to stickers, etc?

• in alignment with our updated policy, we regret to inform you that we no longer offer the option to purchase commercial rights for the use of your pawtrait as a logo or for any commercial purposes, such as stickers. Our primary focus has shifted to catering exclusively to personal use. This policy applies not only to pawtraits but also extends to all other products available in our shop.

  We appreciate your understanding of this change, as it allows us to maintain a clear and consistent approach to our offerings and ensure the best possible experience for all of our valued customers.   Q. What's the commission structure?

• Our commission structure incorporates a base rate, which serves as the foundation for our pricing. We are in the process of implementing a fee system for additional corrections, reflecting our commitment to delivering high-quality work tailored to your preferences.

  Each piece we create is a unique representation based on our artistic style and interpretation, enriched by the materials and guidance you provide, such as references and notes. You can find numerous examples of our work with references on our Instagram page.

  It's important to note that an extra fee will apply if you request more than 5 corrections per pawtrait. While this additional fee may initially appear daunting, it's worth emphasizing that very few clients have exceeded this limit. Our objective is to ensure that you receive pawtraits you truly cherish while also compensating us for our valuable time and expertise. This approach ensures that we can maintain efficient order processing and meet the needs of all our valued customers. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.

         Q. What can't I do with my pawtrait/art?

• Modification of delivered artwork is strictly prohibited. This prohibition encompasses, but is not limited to, the addition of external images, supplementary elements, or alternative backgrounds. Any alterations, including the overlay of additional artwork, are expressly disallowed. The original creation should stand as the sole content on the artwork without any further amendments, unless otherwise done by me (the artist).
