Pet’s name
Instagram handle or email
In the notes section, include:
2 background color choices (or “Artists Choice”
Any specific pet features (or “N/A”).
Pet Reference Guidelines:
Please submit a well-lit photo of your pet from the chest, up. If you have multiple, please reach out and send them via Instagram or E-mail.
